Damage in shipment

We package our items very well. Even though our packages can stand extremely rough handling, damage can still occur. If you package or item arrives damaged in any way, please notify us immediately. Do not wait. Save all packing material. We will ask you to send everything back to us for us to either replace it or repair it.

Keep in mind that these are one-of-a-kind creations. If we have to replace it, it may not be exactly as the original even though we take great care to try and make it so.

If we decide to repair it, it must, after reapir, look as good as before the repair.


Refunds are handled on a per case basis. If you feel a refund is required, please let us know in detail, why.


All sales are final. However, if for some reason you feel you need to return an item, plese contact us before sending it.
